Welcome to your new SJC Online Community. This is the place to connect with other alumni, register and get information about college and alumni events, update your contact information, and so much more. This page is updated regularly with upcoming events, news, and other information.

If you have not yet joined this new SJC alumni website, please register (or login). User registration is required to access certain areas of the site to safeguard your privacy. Also, please note that if you were a member of the old alumni online community that expired on December 31, 2013, your username and password did not carry over to this site; you must create a new account.

Take Your Seat at the Virtual Seminar Table
The fall offerings for the Virtual Chapter Online Seminar series begin Sunday, September 7, at 4p.m. EST with a virtual question period on the dean’s lecture, “Moments in Time: A Reflection on Shakespeare’s Henry IV, Part 1.” If you’re interested in participating in this first-ever event, contact Leo Pickens for a copy of the Annapolis dean’s lecture, which he will distribute shortly after she delivers it on  August 22. The lecture will be the text for our conversation with the dean, and with each other. The reading should be about 20 pages; you do not have to read the entire play in order to participate. Other online seminars this fall are:

Sunday, October 5, at 4pm. | The first two books of the Iliad, led by Tutor John Verdi

Sunday, November 2, at 4 p.m. | The Meno, led by Tutor Emeritus Sam Kutler

Sunday, December 7, at 4 p.m. | Aristophanes’ The Clouds (tutor TBA).

For more information or to register, contact Leo Pickens, director of Alumni Relations, at Leo.Pickens@sjc.edu or 410-295-6926.
